Turns fetched public pages into a source pack: candidate facts, quotations, numbers and links, with a coverage map and extraction limits. A recorded source and retrieval date show where evidence came from; they do not establish that a claim is true.

The README distinguishes fetched candidate evidence from verified truth. Source installation and SSRF checks are documented; a versioned package and extraction benchmark are still needed.
